Add Pawsport to your phone

Keep Pawsport on your home screen for quick access to your Passport or provider workspace. Use your existing account—you may be asked to sign in again.

iPhone or iPad · Chrome
  1. Open pawsporthq.ca in Chrome on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Share at the right of the address bar—the square with an arrow pointing up.
  3. In the sharing panel, scroll down through the list of actions below the app icons. Tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Keep the name Pawsport and tap Add.
  5. Go to your iPhone’s Home Screen and tap the new Pawsport icon.

Can’t find Add to Home Screen? Use Safari instead: open the blue compass app, type pawsporthq.ca in its address bar, and follow the Safari steps below.

iPhone or iPad · Safari
  1. Open Safari (the blue compass app) and type pawsporthq.ca in the address bar.
  2. Tap Share—the square with an arrow pointing up. If it is not visible, open Safari’s … menu to find Share.
  3. Scroll down through the actions and tap Add to Home Screen. If it is missing, scroll to Edit Actions and add it to the list.
  4. If you see Open as Web App, leave it on. Keep the name Pawsport and tap Add.
  5. Go to your Home Screen and tap the new Pawsport icon.
Android · Chrome
  1. Open pawsporthq.ca in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu.
  3. Choose Install app or Add to Home screen, then follow the prompts.
  4. Tap the new Pawsport icon on your Home Screen.

If you opened Pawsport inside Facebook, Instagram or another app, open the link in Safari or Chrome first. Internet access is needed to load and save your information.

This is Pawsport’s web app. No App Store or Google Play download is needed.
